The cottage was spacious and well-appointed with a large lounge and kitchen/diner. The double bedrooms were a good size and the children's room/playroom was a nice bonus. The host was attentive and provided toys for the kids. Additionally, the area of countryside surrounding the cottage was lovely, perfect for those seeking a rural getaway. We also appreciated the convenience of having a large supermarket just a short drive away.
We experienced some issues with the internet, having to reset it frequently to get a stable connection. This was quite frustrating.

It was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good heating. the cottage had all the facilities we needed, and the welcome pack with shortbread biscuits was a nice touch. the area was quiet and offered lovely walks, and there were many points of interest nearby that we could access easily.
The availability of Internet was problematic, requiring multiple attempts to connect, which was frustrating. the proximity to a cattle shed resulted in occasional unpleasant odors that made sitting in the garden less enjoyable than it could have been.

The cottage was well-equipped and spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. The surrounding area was beautiful and quiet, allowing us to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Although the cottage was lovely, there were a couple of minor issues. The beds were quite soft, which made it slightly less comfortable for sleeping.

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. the house was spacious and well-decorated, making it feel warm and cozy. the bedrooms were comfortable with nice mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside, offering beautiful walks and picturesque views. We also appreciated the easy parking and the welcome basket provided by the hotel.
The limited kitchen equipment, which could have been more suitable for longer stays. the smell from the nearby dairy farm was overpowering and prevented us from enjoying the outdoor seating area.

The property was easy to find and the hosts kept us up to date with the check-in process, leaving the keys available for us. the cottage itself was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good heating. It was a great place to relax during the Christmas holidays.
The kitchen tap needed attention as it had to be turned quite hard to stop it from dripping. the bathroom hot water tap also needed some work.

The presence of a strong smell coming from a nearby farm. in hot weather, we couldn't open the windows or doors due to the smell, and there were no fans or air conditioning provided.

The house was large and spacious, providing ample room for our family gathering during Christmas. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of games and DVDs available for the kids to enjoy. The household equipment was excellent and met all our needs.
